At Rustic Depot in Princeton, Minnesota, we take great pride in offering thoughtfully curated, one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect the charm, warmth, and character of rustic living. Each item is selected or handcrafted with care and intention to bring authenticity and timeless beauty to your home.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, either in-store or online.

This policy is in place because:

  • Many of our products are handcrafted, vintage, reclaimed, or one-of-a-kind items, which means variations in color, finish, and natural markings are to be expected—and celebrated.

  • Inventory is limited and often non-replicable, making it difficult or impossible to restock returned goods.

  • Custom orders and special pieces are made just for you, and as such, we are unable to accept them back once they leave our store or are shipped.

We understand that purchasing home décor or furniture—especially without seeing it in person—can sometimes feel like a big commitment. That's why we're always happy to provide as much detail as possible before you complete your purchase. If you have any questions about size, color, texture, or materials, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our best to ensure you feel confident in your selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with you to assess the situation and, if applicable, file a claim with the shipping provider. Be sure to keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage for documentation purposes.

Please note: Minor imperfections, knots, cracks, or color variations are part of the beauty of rustic, handmade, or natural materials and are not considered defects.
